Island Seasoning has many uses. Its fantastic for the grill... Use as a rub on steak, fish, chicken, and turkey. Drop a few pinches in soups or stews. Use in a pepper-grinder to create a finer texture. Very, very shaka. Apply lightly. Enjoy.
